quick copy the file names as well as the path on the clipboard.

Copying the names of folder or files with their path and insert it in a document was not easily possible under windows xp.Does it possible to Vista, that have a solution for this old W indows problem ?

Oh yeah it does why not. Use a hidden command in the context menu for folder or files in the latest operating system.
Open windows Explore with [win]+[E] and navigate to the folder in question or to the desired file.
Important: the folder or file icon must be visible in the right part of the Explorer. The keep the [shift]key pressed and right-click the icon on the right side of the window. The context menu that is displayed shows more commands than usual-including the "copy as path"command. You can copy the name of the file or folder with the complete path on the clipboard using this command. You can then copy the information to other applications such as word with [Ctrl]+[V].The inserted information is enclosed in inverted commas
